He studied in Brazil, where he began his career as a creative. Over the years, he gained experience in markets such as Brazil, Panama, Spain, and Venezuela. In 2019, he founded his own agency.
Despite the challenging political and economic landscape of his home country, his agency earned recognition at the world’s most prestigious advertising festivals—becoming the most awarded in the nation's history.
He is also a creativity professor at the Latin American franchise Brother Escuela de Creativos and currently serves as President of the Venezuelan Creative Club.

Daniella

CEO / Caracas

With nearly 30 years of experience in Marketing, she has worked in Commercialization, Training, and Sales. She holds a degree in Performing Arts from UCV and later graduated Cum Laude in Marketing with a focus on Commercialization.

Her career spans the luxury sector, leading sales training and marketing for brands like Montblanc, Versace, Calvin Klein, Chanel, and Cartier. She is also an internationally certified Coach, specializing in Organizational Development and Sales Coaching for multinational companies.

Oscar

Creative Director / A.I. Visual Artist / Miami

With over two decades in advertising, Oscar has led ideas, campaigns, and creative teams at renowned agencies. He has worked as an Art Director, Creative Director, and now explores new frontiers as a visual artist, integrating artificial intelligence into his creative process.

His work has received international acclaim, with his latest short film winning awards in Cannes, London, Italy, Brazil, and Chile—where he combined visual storytelling and technology with a profoundly human perspective.

Armando

Post Production Director / Caracas - Madrid

Seasoned post-producer who has worked as an editor, animator, sound designer, and VFX/SFX creator—and the final resource when everything else fails.

His portfolio ranges from handcrafted home videos to projects featured on MTV UK, and includes collaborations on series and films for major studios like HBO, Paramount, and New Line Cinema.

Trained in Visual Communication with a Master’s in Multimedia, he has led post-production projects across Venezuela, the U.S., Europe, Mexico, Peru, Argentina, and Brazil.

He blends technical expertise, creativity, and problem-solving to craft powerful visual results.

Laureano

Director of Innovation / Dominican Republic

Laureano began his career at McCann and Ogilvy (Dominican Republic), leading regional projects for MullenLowe in the DR, Paraguay, and Colombia. He served as Director of Innovation at GroupM Caribbean, working with brands like Presidente (AB InBev) and TotalEnergies, and collaborated with Digo Hispanic Media in the U.S. Caribbean market.

He has won 60+ international awards, including two Grand Prix (El Dorado and WINA Dubai), and earned Venezuela’s first-ever D&AD Pencil with Parkinson Scale Films, the country's most awarded campaign. Named one of the top three creatives in Latin America (Bendita Carpeta, 2021), and the most awarded in the Dominican Republic in 2022 and 2023.

Alana

Creative & Art Director / Portland

With 5 years of experience in creative direction, she focuses on idea development and execution. She studied Social Communication in Caracas, then moved to Miami to pursue Art Direction at Miami Ad School.

She began her career at agencies such as J. Walter Thompson, Weber Shandwick, Wings the Agency, and Team Avoq.
Her work has been recognized at international festivals including the NY Festival, WINA Awards, D&AD, London International Awards, FIAP, and El Ojo de Iberoamérica.

Sales executive with extensive experience in media, pay TV, and streaming platforms. An engineer by training, he blends technical insight with strategic vision. He has led HAT MEDIA SERVICES and VEOPIX, and held key roles at Vubiquity, AMC Networks, and Fox. Specializes in innovative video solutions, always focused on creating value through technology and connecting with audiences.
